I signed up for OVH's Kimsufi package yesterday morning (was about 3:35PM their time when I did) and payment went through fine. I login to the panel today to find I have no Pending or Completed invoices, and my bank's online account checker tells me they still have taken the payment anyways. Is there a way to contact them and have them listen to me, as I've seen posts where OVH support says "French people only", or am I screwed by them?
