How to remove cached pages on google?

I googled my first name and a bunch of stuff on my blogs from blogger.com came up. Personal things that I posted in the blog that I forgot to set to private and which is now deleted. And I'm really pissed because its showing up on google. Is there a way to remove this? Or any suggestion to solutions?

If you still own the blogger domains then I suggest you ask them to exclude them from their results.
