When I emailed Steve a long time ago (I wanted to buy a server maintanence plan), he was totally unresponsive. I sent him like 10 emails, one was responded with 'the sales people will contact you shortly'. They never did. I think he takes on way too much work, or at least that was the case back then. But maybe things have changed now.
I don't see what posting in this thread does anything. The OP was not ignored, was not shoved back, or anything. I replied to his tickets. If he didn't get the reply then thats another story. He was replied to.
As with anything IN THIS INDUSTRY, things change like a drop of a hat. A company that had good support last week could have crummy support this week. A company with crummy support this week could be the best company next week. There is no system to changes.
In all honesty you posting did nothing but bump the thread up, YOU may see it as bad. But thank you, you likely got me another customer. Bad advertising is not always bad advertising. It usually works out for the good.
