I starting using integrahost about 6 months ago. The server was hack and my website disfigured. Just about a month ago I lost contact with integrahost for almost 2 weeks. I had to find out for myself they had problems with their server. It was restore after 3 over weeks; backup data for the month of July not what I lost but data I had already dumped. Worst still you do not hear from them and they do not respond to your support tickets.
I have now use another hosting company. I wrote umpteem numbers of emails to integrahost to refund me back on the remaining months. No reply. I had purchased two domain names from them and found it was registered in their name. I feel I have been cheated. I am still not getting any response from them. Going to my account with them I am unable to delete my credit card information. I fear I would be charge for another year's annual subscription.
I would be very leary if they have current cc info on your account. You might sort through that long thread. Hopefully there is info there that can at least point you in the right direction.
Martie is absolutely correct. I would also suggest calling your bank or credit card issuer and advising them not to honor any charges from this company. You never know what would be charged on your account and better safe than sorry. As far as a refund, if they do not want to return emails or refund willingly, chargeback.
