Would it be possible to customize a webmail client so that a user simply put in another user's name (or multiple users) in the "To" field? All recipients would have the same domain address (ie. @xyz.com)
I know you can setup nicknames in an address book, but that isn't what I'm shooting for here.
User Jim wanted to send messages to Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. So in the "To" field, he simply typed "Matthew, Mark, Luke,John" and the domain was completely hidden from the sender. The "@xyz.com" would be defined by the webmail program and the appropriate emails would be sent to [email protected], [email protected], etc.
I know you can write a form script to do this, but I wasn't sure if you could customize a webmail client.
