Exclamation New and annoying red tape for those in the UK

Just a quick pointer to this story on theRegister about EU regs that come into force on 1st Jan in the UK.

Anyone with a website in business in the UK now has to make loads of info available, including those oh so harvestable email addresses.

And you'd better change your email sigs as well.

Tell me again about how useful the EU is...

doesn't seem like an issue to me. i already display all this information on my website and i recommend my customers to do the same

as for spam, it's a fact of life we deal with it.
<erno> hm. I've lost a machine.. literally _lost_. it responds to ping, it works completely, I just can't figure out where in my apartment it is.

If I lived there, I'd have no problem.
