Please see the announcement below, again, we appologise for any troubles caused, we are speaking (beating) the customer responsable for this issue today.
This morning at approx 11am a customer hosted on our network suffered a heavy broadcast storm which caused major issues elsewhere on our network.
Full service has now been restored, and we are working with the customer in question to identify exactly what caused this broadcast storm from their servers to affect our network in such as way.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will update you when we find more detailed information of the root cause.
