Question I found this information. Is this reasonable for a price?

    100 Gigs Traffic
    100 Mb/s Network
    UPS Power Protection
    Free Colocation Setup
    Additional Traffic $6 CAD/GIG $475 CAD/MONTH

How much colocation space are you getting for this? 100GB is equal to maybe half a mbit, so at most providers you would probably be paying $50 to $75 for bandwidth.

Edit: Note I put the prices in USD, since that is what I am most familiar with.

What kind of network would you be on? Is it for only one server? Without knowing much I think that price might be a tad high, assuming that the colo is for one server.

    $6 CAD/GB is amazingly high. That's over $1100 CAD/Mbps.

How much space does it include? Just based on the limited information you gave, especially the CAD$6/GB, it sounds very pricey.

If I had to hazard a guess, I'd guess its an unescorted octal, or quarter cabinet from magma (as I know their per gig prices were fairly high).

But really, why even keep this thread going until the OP responds with actual detail?

I just found out that this price only includes the traffic as a package that the servers will occur. this company charges extra on top for putting the server in.

I think if that pricing is for one server, you might want to find another provider. Thats extremely expensive.

yah im thinking the same thing since i got that information. I found another one that is $500/mo for a 1/4 cabinet or 1/2 cabinet for $800/mo and they don't charge for each servers.

    More reasonable?

What kind of services are you looking for specifically, and in what market? Pretty large difference between single server colocation, and unescorted cabinet space in most cases.

Im looking into finding a colo facility so that I can start offering dedicated and colo servers. The information I provide above includes the space, unescorted access and the bandwidth. No extra charge for each servers.

    In what market (location)?

Cabinets will generally include a given amount of power, and bandwidth. While you may not need to pay more to add more servers (physically), you may need to purchase more power to turn 'em up, and may get billed bandwidth overages (once you consume your quota, etc.)

Is that a cabinet than? Or a cage? If it is a cabinet, how many U's? Also, like porcupine said, how much power is included?
