I'm wondering whats using all of my ram since it says I only have 5MB free out of 1GB and my only thing running besides background services is only taking 8%?

Also for CPU usage since it's a dual core is it averaging both their loads there? Thanks.

Most of your memory is used in the cache ~800MB. This is perfectly good, nothing to worry about.
