Hello,
This will be the firs time I'm getting a paid hosting, Most of my past hosting we're post to host which really sucked..
But oh well,
do you recommend hostmonster.com?
I've searched for reviews but I get err really mixed emotions about hostmonster..
So I'd like to ask the pros here at webhosting talk..
What other hosting do you recommend if not hostmonster?
I'll be hosting 4 forums, each with 30 active members at any time.. Thanks!

From what I remember I believe that hostmonster is owned by bluehost -- don't know if that'll help you any.

I'm also looking at servage.net though I'm discouraged by the number of negative reviews that they have..

Do a search on bluehost/hostmonster, it should give you plenty of reviews.

You might want to contact them about that, most companies have a limit of 25 concurrent connections. And overselling companies are known for kicking off anyone who is a cpu/memory hog.

I've no issues with my servage account and support is very fast. I've been with bluehost and quit a long time ago due to performance issues there.

I tried Host Monster for a month when they first started. My web site was down a couple of times for over 30 mins each.
They offer more features than BlueHost. The user interface was simpler than Blue Host.
But between Host Monster and Host Gator, I'd choose the latter.

I have two accounts with Host Monster. I've been pleased with their speed and their service.
I also have accounts with bluehost. I personally prefer Host Monster over blue host, and by quite a margin.
-if you have any questions, let me know and I'd be glad to provide more specifics.
Regards
