If it is for your siko hosting domain it appears your name servers are down (they aren't replying to requests at least), and additionally CPanel doesn't appear to be running....

    From ssh try
    service named start
    service cpanel start

    (or /etc/rc.d/init.d/named start
    /etc/rc.d/init.d/cpanel start
) What errors come from this?

Have you made any major DNS changes lately? If so try and revert the changes.... Any other changes made lately?

    Hello,

Yes this issue is IPtables for this you can flush the Ip tables by using following command
    iptables --flush

also you can set a corn job for this so you won't face this issue again

    Thank you.

    hello,

Along with these ports you also need to take care of any other ports that has been activated on your server for any specific softwares installed at your end. Also those ports which are used for sending mails, if you uses ISP server to send the mails from certain domains.

    Thank you.

    Regards,
