Hello, can anyone list managed reseller hosting with the budget between $45 - $99.95
Please exclude mosso.com they seems to have packages for web developer and designers not for resellers.
Thank you

May want to look around the offers section here on WHT to get an idea of some providers. May be your best bet. How exactly do you define managed?

What resources did you need? Webspace/bandwidth etc?
And like others have said, what do you mean by managed?

I know managed dedicated servers. But I did not hear anything about managed reseller hosting before Do you know what are you looking for really? Maybe you must post your message to Managed Hosting category on WHT.

I never heard about Managed Reseller before, did you mean Managed VPS ? Managed means a plan with End-User support, i guess 100% of Reseller Hosting providers give End-user support.

Don't know the exact percentage but definitely not 100%

Yeah, there is most certainly not that high of a percentage. More like only 20% actually offer "decent" end-user support.

End user support should be included in any hosting provider that is selling you a reseller account, to a certain extent of course, however all providers should look into the issue, and figure out the problem. For instance, if your end user has issue with their website, your provider should check to see if the issue is server side, if they can't find any issues on the server that would cause your clients issue, then it would be up to you and your client to figure out the real issue, IE website coding issue.

End-user support is only good if you have the staff behind you to actually get it done. I can't see how every provider should offer it, however there are a large number of them trying to thats for sure.

Most of the time resellers will pass technical questions to their provider.
It's better because you know more about your customers.

Agreed. For smaller companies, where every customer counts (moreso than in larger companies ), it is better that you give your customers the support (even if you get answers elsewhere) as a good relationship with your clients is important to stay in business

Well, dynamicnet offers a fully managed reseller solution. They will pretty much do everything for their customers (create plans, add email accounts, add domains, etc)

For managed resellers, You have to work with percentage basic or with automated ststem like godaddy.
