I was looking high and low for this only to find out they have disabled it as they still have all this info on the interactive site and a join now button but it doesnt take you anywhere.

Maybe even an option to, not only hide the new sidebar, but hide all advertising. Maybe.
Updates coming soon. Stay tuned! There is no best host. There is only the host that's best for you.

Make that a $200 option.
Here's some option levels for the Premies that I thought of....
$30 - Access to extra sub-boards.
$40 - Block the sidebar.
$50 - Block most advertising.
$75 - Block ALL advertising.
$100 - Block the iBAR.
$150 - Option to hide the Liaisons.
$200 - Option to hide the Leaders.
$5000 - Option to hide the Slacker!
Actually if it's coming back, it should probably have a different name like WHT Supporter or something.

Maybe an option for a txt only version for supporters? Took me forever to check my PM's today from my cell.

beeing quite honest last time the premium memnership was offered I failed to see the benefits. Sure I could have got it for my ego, but I didnt care to much for it ;-)
How about an option that premium members get a faster (higher priority) response from the server ?
That would be something that is easily remarkable ;-)__--- Nils Valentin ---

BoostBoards,
I dont mean giving guests a slower pages by reducing the speed, but speeding up pages for premium members.
That could be by delivering the pages answers from a different proxy while "guests" use the usual server. That would also indirectly speed up the pages for guests by spreading/reducing the load per server.
Does this make sense ?__--- Nils Valentin ---

I am not sure which kind of setup WHT is running. If they use MYSQL they could use the replication feature to accomplish that. That shouldnt be too difficult to do.

Hmm, I thought this kind of stuff is possible with forwarding on the firewall.
People are doing this f.e for mails leaving a shared host.
I might be wrong of course. ;-)__--- Nils Valentin ---
