I'm just wondering when the changes were made? I had prepaid for I believe it was six months, from what I recall my existing premium membership shouldn't of expired already... (unless I somehow got the dates wrong)

I thought this was being revamped for the new release? It seems to be the exact same as before. Still seems to be a waste of money which I am glad I realized before so I don't give my money out for nothing again.

Guess ya can't please everybody.

They revamped the plans and cost on the Prem. Member. I think over all it is going to be a great addition to WHT and they can even work on adding things in the future if they wish. As said in the past - if it doesn't work for you - then don't worry about. The premium membership is for those that will utilize the options available to them. And for some - its a status thing - but hey - we all have done things for the status.

Personally I don't see any new benefits other than the PM increase so it's quite pointless for me anyway since the advertising discount is now gone.
I guess the PM increase is a good thing but that advertising discount was a good premium feature and without it well I don't think i'll be staying premium(I was going to renew)

Plan wise, it's nothing more than a rip off. YAY, I get a flashy bar under my name which means nothing, a t-shirt and pm increase (which nobody should EVER need anyways).
All this is going to do is simply lose money here. The only thing at least halfway worthwhile was the discount, which helped out iNet getting more advertising revenue, and WHT members getting it in cheaper. Unfortunately, without that, and with the ONE payment available (yay, $50/year only), it's just not going to fly well enough to do anything.
Personally, it's not even worth bringing back. If it can't be done right (as in DON'T even show us the forums if we're not a member), then don't do it at all, period.Tom Whiting, WHMCS Guru extraordinaire

I agree - people need to stop their belly aching and just accept what it is and if your not interested - then simply don't sign-up for it. Save us all the head-ache and simma' down. (snl)

I don't post a lot (I'll try to do it more), but anytime I need webhosting info I come here. So paying for the premium membership is just a way of saying thanks for all the help it gave in the last years (I was a reader, before I became a writer).
