    A federal Freedom of Information Act request for the data, filed in August by MSNBC.com, has been rejected by the agency. The stated reasons: Release of the information could help terrorists plan attacks against the United States, and it would harm the companies involved.
    if you haven't considered chapter 7 bankruptcy, maybe you should.

    To funny but hey it deals with the government so it does not surprise me. The will release a bid laden tape that has secret codes and rises the crazies but cell phone data now that is just to risky

    You have to admit though, did you expect anything else from the government? They always have their priorities wrong.
