Hmm, working late irregular sleeping hours seem to have ruined my sleeping pattern. I find that I no longer can get to sleep before early morning hours. 4:30am right now.. frustrated..
Anyone else in a similar situation? what do you do?
I'm having to use non-prescription sleeping aid more often.. and I hate using medication...

I work... mainly how I started my business.... lol... I used to play video games. Use it, I consider it a gift, if used in the right way. Well, if you are not tired the next day.
I can normally get three or four hours of sleep and I'm good. After about a week, I need one day of 7 to 9 hours of sleep and then start over....
I don't do medication... I feel tired the next day after taking that stuff....

If your body don't need rest, it will take very long to get rest. I used to have insomnia. Went to bed at midnight, get to sleep by 5 AM. From midnight to 5 AM, my mind just wonders around. That's bad.
My sleep pattern is also very irregular. Nowadays, I sleep in average about 35 hours per week. And I can always sleep anywhere, anytime. The best part, I can get into deep sleep in just 1 minute. Yep! I once snored and dreamed within 30 seconds. That freaked my wife ....
At the end, it does not really matter how long you sleep. What really matters how long you were in deep sleep. And I am blessed I can jump right into deep sleep right away, thus I don't really need 8-9 hours of sleep per day. 4-5 hours is good.

How long have you had it? I am lucky I only experienced this for one year, while I was a freshman in College. That was quite some time ago

i've had occasional insomnia over the last 1 or 2 years.
but in the last 3 weeks, it has really been killing me.. the lack of regular sleep.
Probably because i just have alot to deal with recently, not sure.
I'll be flying out of the country on Sunday for a few weeks, and will see a 10 hour shift in time zone. Maybe that will set my sleeping pattern back to normal

I feel ya.
I haven't slept normally for a few months now. Can't sleep nights, so I sleep days. It's horrible.
