A quality provider isn't going to get you space power and 1000gb worth of xfer on a 100mbit port for 80$, or even 100$. I would consider raising your budget a bit. I personally don't know any off of the top of my head - try using the wht host quote feature.
If you really need 1000GB, you're probably going to have to at least double your budget. $100/month will get you co-location with about 1Mbps at an inexpensive provider in a major city. If you're looking for something in the Kansas area, then it's quite possible that you may be looking at as much as $500/month.
Well now I don't care how close to Kansas, I can send it to everywhere in US. I don't want to raise up my budget since this one is for 1u server.
Unfortunately your budget is still low even for the cheapest of cities. 1000GB is a lot of data transfer to ask for, and for normal web traffic it translates to about 5Mbps of usage. Even with a budget provider on a budget network in a cheap city, you're still looking at closer to $200. If your budget is only $100, then only expect 1-2Mbps to be included.
