    E-mail to hotmail

    Hi,

I have some problems with sending out large amounts of newsletters to hotmail addresses, because our IPís get blocked.

It is possible to remove the block again, but they do not give any quick response.

I would like to know what you do to avoid this problem, even if a server is sending 200.000-400.000 newsletters a day? Because there are several people sending out newsletters, one mail address can receive more than one newsletter a day.

check openspf.org and take a look in your DNS if you have a SPF record, hotmail is checking for SPF records

Make sure you are using a different charset then UTF-8, hotmail gives ALOT problems with that charset. And also check your spf & rdns records

    hotmail

Make sure that the sending email address is a valid email, verify that you have a reverse pointer, mx records and spf. Hotmail does check for spf and they also greylist.
