ugh...ibill is having problems with payout and charge a HUGE percentage. Most of the people arent listing merchant account providers, they are listing 3rb party billers and gateway services. 3rd party doesnt require a merchant account such as 2checkout. I gateway like authorize.net require you to obtain your own merchant account. I recommend using

Humboldt Bank,CA (707) 269-3204 (as ispceo already posted)

they are better known as "Card Service International" or "Link Point" . If you're looking for a high risk merchant account such as adult content, i recommend calling netbilling.com

I'm going to have to recommend AGAINST using Humboldt Bank, and any of their subsidiary companies such as iPayments, or any of the merchants that lead to them like charge.com). My partner and I worked with Humboldt about a year ago unfortunately, and they stole (yes stole) a lot of money from us. What they did give us of what they owed, they only gave because of threats from our lawyer and they released it over a 6 month period. Sure, we had a high chargeback ratio that they didn't like, but what they did to us was a lot worse than they needed to. My guess is they still have about $15,000 of our money, and my guess is also that the manager we spoke to pocketed every last penny of it. If you're going to do business with this company, just be very careful that you don't break any of their rules as in their minds it entitles them to pure theft.

care to elborate how a merchant bank was able to withdrawl funds from your account legally ? No offence but you openly admit to having a high risk merchant account. You openly admit to having many chargebacks. Im sorry to inform you of this but a legit business would not have a high chargeback ratio when compared to that of actual sales. Having a high chargeback ratio is without a doubt a reason to shutdown a merchant account and hold funds. I can assure you any american merchant account provider would have done the samething if you reached your chargeback limit with them.

If you're going to do business with this company, just be very careful that you don't break any of their rules as in their minds it entitles them to pure theft.
if people read their contracts, they have the set of rules directly in front of them. It is very easy to follow merchant banker rules. Im sure the reason they withheld your funds was because they assumed that you were commiting theft..... Its the merchants job to reduce chargebacks...not the banks

possible to divide the list to which support international and which doesn't ?

also which is real credit card processor (i mean which put ur name under the customer's credit card statement)

also which support international currencies like KD kuwaiti dinars or so

the one i know which does this all is worldpay so far but i've lost my account with them due the huge amount of fraud happend to me when i did't know how to deal with AVS answers

When this thread was started (months ago!) I recommended HostCharge - I'd now have to say "Keep away from them"

Yeah, I care to elaborate EXACTLY how they did it. In $1,000 increments they pulled out $10,000 total in about 5 minutes from my bank account (totally cleared out my checking account). Read their terms of service, unfortunately they're allowed to pull out however much they feel like at any time they decide that you might be fraud, and then hold it up to a period of a year (all in the contract). Of course pure theft isn't in the contract, but that's what they did. And a legitimate business can easily have a high chargeback ratio, we were selling digital goods, new to selling online, and put through every single order. Zip didn't match? Put it through. Expiration didn't match? No biggie. Yes, we shouldn't have been so greedy and we should have been more careful, but again, it doesn't warrant theft. In the month that they withheld our funds and stole money from my bank account, we had put through about $40,000 in sales. It's hard to keep track with the lag between banks and authorize.net, but that's what we estimated. They "estimated" it was $25,000. That's exactly what I've gotten back from them to this day, $25,000 even. What are the odds that our sales for that month had landed on exactly $25,000? And yes, you can imagine my horror on waking up one day to see $10,000 drained from my bank account, it made me scared for months to keep any money in my checking anymore.

Add Quicken (www.quicken.ca) and Quickbooks (www.quickbooks.ca) to the merchant account list. Although their new rates are less then desireable.
