    Just for confirmation her 404 page works. She received what she ask for. But, Yet she doesn't remember. After looking in the billing system I saw that she did process for payment. I offered her a refund for June for not receiving the support plus offered her the domain so she could transfer and she refuses. Sometimes, customers want to get personal and want to be friends and she was one of them.

    I offered her a refund and the domain as she says she didn't receive our service as she paid for. Which is why. I also stated if we did correct it please remove the post on WHT. Things happen. You can't make every customer happy. She has been with us since January. I would say she is happy until now.

    yes over the past two weeks he has been getting a bad rep around here. Maybe he's going througha tough time or something. But even then there's no explanation for speaking to a customer that way. If my customer swore at me I wouldn't retaliate. In fact I work one on one with almost all my customers. It's like we have a bonded freindship. We talk all the time. In fact they call me all the time just to ask simple questions. I think they just call to chat

    hilarious, just hilarious. I remember when I met tim, I was 15 and I was more mature then he was. I'm really not afraid to admit my age. I'm 16 now and have nothing to hide nor am I ashamed of anything. So TIM! Just admit your age! It would stop a lot of drama.     i have experienced alot worse from a web host i got to register a domain of mine(because i was 17 and couldnt get a credit card), Then i wanted to get it transfered then of course he wouldn't and blantantly started swearing at me etc. So i told him basically where to go. Sometimes you just have to cut your losses and run as fast as you can, even though you shouldn't have too.

    You should not speak to customer's like that anytime.
    Sure they might piss you off, But still you have to remain 100% in control all the time as a director of a company.
    Or negative feedback like this will arouse all the time, And you will find you will be out of business very soon.
