Peer1 vs SoftLayer Which one is better ?

I think SoftLayer will be prefered over Peer1.

Peer1 has great customer service but their bandwidth pricing can get pretty expensive compared to softlayer and I don't see it being any better quality.

I have few boxes with peer1 and their network is quite solid as compare to SL. But again you are paying little more for good network.
