i think i'm being robbed by that company
i've 3 domains with them and the last one was registered back in spetember 2006 and everything was running fine and didn't log in my account since then
2 weeks ago i was logging into my account but i didn't find my account working - it said suspended because connected to account xxxx
i e-mailed them but got no answer in 2 days
e-mailed them again and waited for like 3 days more and nothing again
sent PM to RegFly here in WHT and he told me that i received a domain from someone who didn't pay the domain fees !!!
it has been since September and now they tell me that a domain fees isn't paid yet !
also RegFly told me to send mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
at risk department and they will tell me what to do
it has been also around 3 days and no reply yet
i usually drop an order to my hosting company and they register the domain for me and push it and RF account they are using isn't the one RF is telling me about !!!
i think their system is messed up and it's the customers who are paying the price for it
did anyone face a situation like this with RF recently ?
