Question

I want to Web Serve and Mail Serve from a server with a static IP Address to avoid paying the monthly fee to a useless ISP (I use Cold Fusion for web apps, and think that ISPs charge too much and give too little in support of this "language"). I have registered my domain name with OZNIC, and they are forwarding correctly for the Web Server. But to set up the mail server, do I need to set it up as a stand-alone server with the domain name as it appears at OZNIC?
