Does enyone else experience problems with HostingZoom disabling SSH?
I opened up an account with HZ two weks ago and moved several of our sites there. They opened the SSH access for the account and everything was fine, but a few day after this I found SSH access closed. I contacted support and they opened it immediately again. Today it is closed again with no warning and still there is no responce to the ticket I sent. This is getting annoying. I am using SSH only for simple operations but it is vital for our sites' maintanance. Does anyone know what is going on?
... and their Live Chat support is working maybe 1% of the time.
