I closed 3 accounts today where the reason was attributed to the survey. None of the accounts closed had generated much income (if any) over the last number of months. We sent out over 6000 emails listing the changes and the survey. We also opened over 50 new accounts today.
There were only 2 accounts that I turned down from "opting out" of the survey. In both cases it was because neither account had been active.
Very few Hosts will even be affected.
Sellers with clean history can Opt out
Surveys are not sent on recurring billings.
I recall a survey in these forums a few months back where someone asked "how many chargebacks/fraud have you had" I don't recall anyone stating they'd been stung with more than 2 ...which would be below our "threshold"
Seller initiated refunds do not count as a "black mark"
