Simple VPS noobie question...
I have had Reseller accounts and Dedicated servers..., but never VPS.
I'm planning on having one VPS with WHM/Cpanel..
I see in some places VPS plans with things like "Virtuozzo included"..
As I understand, Virtuozzo is for the serveradmin managing the VPSs on a server..., so, as a VPS user with WHM/Cpanel why would I need Virtuozzo?
Thank you
Giorgio

If your VPS is monitored you don't if its not you probably do...in case it crashes and you need to reboot.

Virtuozzo is the VPS software the host uses....
The Virtuozzo Power Panel is the control panel you can use to control your VPS, such as rebuilds and reboots....
CPanel is the control panel to control your web hosting and clients. They are two different things.

as mentioned above,
Virtuozzo controls the base VPS, allows for reboots, service changes, setting up backups, rebuilds, firewall changes etc..
Virtuozzo is owned by SWSoft, who also own Plesk.. Plesk and SWSoft integration is almost seamless, I haven't had the privy of CPanel and Vz yet..
