Works fine for me! I enter my email and a security thing and it asks me for my birth date or my alternate email, which I don't remember either so thats as far as I have gotten.

This could have happened because:
-You completed both modules below. Only one is required.
-The Screen Name or identifying information was mistyped.
-You have an AOL Screen Name. You will need to start the AOL client and click the Forgot Password link on the Sign On screen.
Enter your alternate E-mail address or your birth date,gender and ZIP Code as provided during registration.
If you want, I can reset it for you if you provide me with the info.
Sorry to bump, but I still cannot get past that stage. It shows everything as correct, yet takes me back to the start for seemingly no reason? I'm using a different PC, a different operating system and probably a different browser, I don't know why it's not working
So I go onto the AIM forums and it seems a lot of people are having the exact same problem, and no-one seems to know of an AIM support E-Mail... Does anyone know a way to contact AOL as a non-customer regarding AIM?
