    Redirecting site - how?

Since RRDNS isn't that reliable I was wondering if it is possible to do the following

Setup main website www.24proxy.com on SERVER 1 and make it have a redirection code where it redirects 50% to SERVER 2 and 50% to a SERVER 3.

I want SERVER 2 to have web1.domain.com and SERVER 3 to have web2.domain.com

How do I setup a site like that?

How would I point web1.24proxy.com and web2.24proxy.com on the SERVER 2 & 3? Do I setup DNS normally and just add A records on SERVER 1?

Just set up the DNS to point web1 to the ip of server 2 and web2 to the ip of server 3, it's a simple A record
