Position: Technical Support Associate, Level II

Description: A TSALII Associate is responsible for monitoring of corporate ticketing system, classification and assignment of tickets, diagnosis of advanced technical issues to include debugging of network connectivity, advanced server issue diagnosis, and tracking cases to ensure successful resolution by appropriate parties to include co-location facilitiates, dedicated server vendors, and internal Level III technicians.

Qualifications:
- Two year technical degree. Full time experience and IT certifications will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Outstanding written communications skills, impeccible spelling, grammar, and sentence structure
- Effective organization skills and work ethic
- Unchallenged understanding of information technology with the ability to autonomously build and debug local and wide area networks
- Unchallenged proficiency in Linux and BSD variant operating systems
- Ability and willingness to take ownership of customer concerns and to effectively mediate resolution of technical issues to completion with 100% success.
- Available to work cases 8 - 12 hours per day and to take ownership of 911 cases 24/7/365.

Description: A SSM is responsible for the server administration of commercial shell servers used for IRC access and has a responsibility for the positive image and promotion of IRC shell companies owned by BLCC.

Description: A SAM is responsible for seeking sales leads via ticket system and alternate channels and following those leads to successful closure. SAM's continue to maintain relationships with customers and exercise cross sell and relationship building opportunities.
