    CSS Background

    Im in the middle of creating a website using CSS and on the menu I've put a command that when you hover a background image is displayed.

    However, the background image is a rounded square and when you hover over the menu some of them cut off the end of the image, how, do I get it so it displays it correctly?

    This is what I've currently got:

    a.submenu:hover {text-decoration: none; color: #ffffff; font-family: Verdana; font-size:10px; background-image:url(assets/nav/pink_bg.gif); background-attachmentcroll;padding:3pt}

    Can you provide a link to what you're seeing? There's really no way to assess the problem without seeing all of it in action.

    Agreed, without a link it's difficult to say. You may want to look into background-position using CSS to try and get what you want, but without a link to really see what's going on, it's tough to say.
