    * Trackball, Laser / Optical or good ol' Ball?

What type of mouse do you prefer and currently use?

    Is it wired or wireless?
    What brand is it?

    Just some random questions.

So you made the thread because I didn't know how to. Hurray!

Trackball for the win! Attached by a cord. Ever since my Dad bought a logitech trackball mouse ages ago I feel so uncoordinated with any other type of mouse.

    I <3 my trackball.

I have a Logitech MX Laser mouse (its wireless) and a Dell (rebranded Logitech) wired USB laser mouse.

I'm really thinking about getting a trackball considering the amount of mouse travel I have to do each day. I have yet to find a mouse that I feel comfortable with; my hands are just too big.

Cable Optical Mouse. Wireless' are usually a waste of battery, and I'm fine with my Acer Mouse I found somewhere.... (can't remember).

    fyre,

I think I happen to have the same mouse.
It's a wireless logitech 'mx' 1000 (or 5000?) that came in a combo with a keyboard.

I've already snapped the keyboard into pieces.. as far as the mouse goes it's a hassle attempting to get it to sit right in it's charger but otherwise it's fairly decent.

I love trackballs, but they are horrible for gaming...

So, I'll stick with my Logitech MX 1000.

I'm a big fan of the Logitech 510/518 corded mice. The forward/back buttons on the left side make browsing pages really fast. It is unfortunate they did away with one of the buttons on the newer models.

I have an old (well, 2004..) Logitech wireless optical mouse that has switchable faceplates...its official name is "Cordless Optical Mouse", but I'm sure it has since been replaced by a better model. I'd like to get the Logitech MX3200 kb/mouse set with that antibacterial technology... it sounds like a good feature for keyboards.
