Hosting Server

I am wanting to have my own in house hosting server. This server will house a work order application. I need to know what kind of equipment I need. I know this:

Need a 42u rack
t-1/t-3 line
backup generator

I will house an internal server for workgroup computers, email server, backup server, application server, firewall and content screening.

Thanks

JM

You will save money by renting or at least col-location. Plus you get better uptime and unreliability.
