Are there any other hosts (small and big) offering Free or discounted hosting/services for non-profits/charity, etc?

I know AxisHOST (Tina) and Utropicmedia (Karl) offer them.

Any other generous hosts, especially for non-profits/charity/community outside US?

    Examples:

I know a large number of providers who do offer 'related' discounts but not publicly.
With that said it's nice to see someone stepping up to the plate!

    Thank you for the link.

Wow. It seems the web hosting community loves Nonprofit organizations.

Is there any Virtual Private Server (VPS) offer for nonprofit organizations? Thanks.

    I do note things I don't like.
But I don't forget the other side because of that.
I think you are a generous guy, and I do pay respect to whatever I consider valuable.

A free shared account is one thing, but I can't see many hosts offering a free VPS to non-profit organisations.

Some hosts offer VPSs for around $20 a month. That wouldn't be too huge of a donation.

lol, you be first and set the trend Martie.

Tina, yeah, some VPS is now is priced at what shared used to be, a couple of years back, so yeah, maybe they could donate those $20/mth VPSs.

I agree with this. I do lots of donation hosting, but I don't EVER post it on the site.

The problem is you'll find that once you do so, you'll get flooded with people begging for free stuff.

Just ask game server providers who put 'sponsor' applications on their site how many submissions they get. it's the same same.

I would be willing to guess 99% of hosts would be open to something like that for a non-profit/charity (might require 501 status). It would be best to contact them directly. It's easy to do. just email admin@ and you'll likely end up forwarded to the right spot .
