    Help me understand, directi

I dont know who to ask about this. i have a directi reseller account i got through another directi reseller.

The problem here is simple, a customer signs up and is given a place to login from, funny thing is its not the supersite (good thing because im having alot of trouble with that too)

It basically takes them to myaccount.orderbox/customer

Finally the issue, it seems to me like they try to steal your customers, i already own a hosting company but now this customer who bought a domain name from me is bombarded with hosting offers, livehelp offers, website builder offers and much more from directi

Am i the only one who thinks this is wrong? I tried editing my supersite but i cannot get rid of the links for this crap.

What im looking for here is another user that can either tell me how to keep this 100% private for my company, or someone to tell me that this is just the way it is and it sucks.

If you tell me the later i also want you to tell me why people put up with tis and use directi anyway. None of this makes sense, they are offering all sorts of other things to my clients and i cant seem to change it.

i have another question i hope you can help me with, i contacted support but they have yet to respond. I'm hoping other resellers have the answer.

Why is it i can set the prices for "some" domains in my control panel but when you go to my supersite your able to register a ton of other extensions i seem to have no control over?

All alteration in the panel, to reflect in the supersite:

    Menu selects:
Tools ==> Reload Supersite Cache ==> All Settings
