How do I stream family video like youtube on Flash?

I can't be called an expert in streaming videos, but there are different sets of software that can convert your file into flash, even a streaming flash version. I can't call any right a way, but search Google.

use a software to convert to flash based file, so no one can download it or if you want to make a site like youtube, theres a script that one sell it. Just google
