PHP compression or mod_gzip
what compression is better for dynamic content either PHP compression ob_start( 'ob_gzhandler' ); or installing mod_gzip on the server
Whats better in terms of memory and system resources.
gzip works faster in linux
I'd go with mod_gzip too.
Just as a note, I ran myself into problems using mod_gzip when working with Flash/ActionScript that expect an http response from PHP, for example.
Didn't I investigate it enough or you HAVE to disable mod_gzip in order to make it work as I did?
