    Quick Question

I don't want to sound gross or anything, but I noticed my skin mainly around my stomach has become alittle more flabby... I was wondering what would be the best way to correct this? I'm guessing situps?

sounds like you have lost some weight (congrats if so) well, after watching dr 90210, i think only surgery is going to work on that IF it is just excess skin.
if you haven't considered chapter 7 bankruptcy, maybe you should.

Exercise in general should correct any "flabby skin", especially those which work your abdominal muscles.

I've never been fat, so I don't have any advice.

I'd suggest running every morning for 15-30 mins.

Yup, some running and sit ups should fix that

Well yes, i'm down to 266.5 lb from 339 lb over the past 12 months. :p

I've figured situps, weight lifting, etc would all correct this. As I enter my goal of losing 80 more lb this will be my next area to focus. My ideal weight is suppose to be around 185 - 190 which that is my targeted area at this time.

My insurance kicks in January 1, 2007 so I might see if they cover dietitians.

Running. Less eating. less computer. Walking short distances.

I was forced to run about 10 miles a day when i was little. So run really works.

That's great you've lost so much. I'm actually in the complete opposite position, I'm very tall and thin. Since the summer I started a new diet and regular exercise yet I've only gained a very small amount of weight and it drives me nuts. You can probably imagine that I spend a lot of time at the computer or in the car so my days are hardly full of activity yet I just never get any bigger! Very annoying.

Get a stationary bike that's also an electric generator, that's hooked into the PC. Then you have to bike to use the PC. Solve both the addiction and exercising problem. There's no need to use the computer less...

Try focusing on the good fats like peanut butter?

You could bulk up by taking a supplement, but I don't consider them healthy.
