Hello,
We have received your request, and I am forwarding this to our Network Administrators for assistance.
Please allow 24-72 hours for a reply from our Network Team.
1.5 hour is really not a happy number

My server on 72.232.81.* is doing just fine. You might be affected by some of this Savvis maintenance going on... http://layer0.layeredtech.com/showthread.php?t=3193
Good luck,
Alex

iKillBill,
If you put in the ticket requesting assistance for a network issue it may take that long as we do not have nearly as many network staff as we do have support staff. If you feel its only affecting your host then it is likely a issue with your server only and you should open a support ticket and ask them to look into it. If you opened it and said it was a network related issue they would place it in the network queue to look at.
I would first put in a reboot request and see if that clears up your issue.
Thanks,
Jeremy

I moderate a forum that seems to be over there or at least using their network:

The forum has been having issues it seems starting early Saturday morning. I do not know if the forum is on a dedicated one or not but there were at least a dozen times yesterday where I could not even access the forum

I'll let the Admin know about this. I just help run a board and I could not access it most of yesterday and the tracert shows some issues. They have been having some problems with it being slow but it has never been this bad.
Thanks!

my server with LT has had horrible speeds this weekend. I can't get over 200KB/s off of it, normally 700-800KB/s.
i have opened a ticket with support and have gone through all the steps to prove it, but they refuse to hear anything i say.
of the 2 speedtest sites they gave me, the first one is very slow compared to the second one. my server is in the same datacenter as the first speedtest site.

Well I have a box at 72.232.233.* and it runs 7 CSS servers and other then a Deathmatch script killing one of the games, haven't seen any issues and our bandwidth graph shows a 7.1mbps in and 5.4mbps out average for the last 7days.
