Incorrect mailbox quota usage

Hello,

I´m getting in many servers mailboxes showing 20MB* of 10MB quota on CPANEL. And those mailboxes are clean!!!

Anyone experiencing this trouble?

How can I fix?

mailbox usage
You should check on the server, i there is no spam or junk file. just go in a user mail account on the server, ssh, and check the folders.
