I'm supposed to have 15gb storage, 256mb RAM burstable to 512MB. Just want to double check and see if everything's right and working.
Thanks!

The 256/512 is correct...
However I see too many 99999...
Doesnt look quite much a good and stable configuration
Just pray for any of the other VPS's on the same box to not crash and swallow all resources, if they have the same configuration like that.

Hi!
Good gravy! I've seen bad configs..but this one takes the cake! Ouch.
This is a accident just waiting to happen. ake a look here to learn what openvz recommends:
http://wiki.openvz.org/UBC_configuration_examples_table
These will give you an idea on what they look like.

Hi!
Well...other than what openvz recommends..my experience has seen them lower..much lower, typically.
here's a example:
Kmemsize 2700000:3000000
lockedpages 128:128
privvmpages 15400:15400
shmpages 6000:6000
numproc 128:128
physpages 0:2147483647
vmguarpages 15400:15400
oomguarpages 7200:7200
numtcpsock 120:120
numflock 80:80
numty 16:16
numsiginfo 128:128
tcpsndbuf 720000:800000
tcptcvbuf 720000:800000
othersockbuf 720000:800000
dgramrcvbuf 54000:60000
numothersock 128:128
dcachesize 540000:60000
numfile 1600:1600
numiptent 6000:600
There are many other examples in this forum already posted by different people.
Just do a search under my nick in this forum...and that will bring most of them front and center.

Here is a look at mine. I'm getting ready to up my memory to 512 from 192, so hopefuly that will take care of the failcounts?

Hi!
Hopefully. See..that's one of the problems. You *know* it failed X number of times. What you don't know is: When it happened..what caused it...etc..etc.
I have had certain resources hit the wall..yet..it didn't affect anything..install didn't fail and, of course..normal operation was fine as well. I have had many installs fail as well..so there's just no way to know. You won't know until you get the numbers boost.
This is a curious sitch..because I have never seen othersockbuf fail...but then..there's a lot I have not seen before!
Still learning..always learning...

theres nothing wrong with the 99999's in his configuration file....it just means you have unlimited processes, files and tcp sockets...
privvmpages is your burstable ram multiplied by 256...vmguarpages is your guaranteed ram multiplied by 256...
so you have... 131072/256 = 512MB Burstable Ram, and 65536/256 = 256MB Guaranteed RAM.

Check out: http://wiki.openvz.org/Othersockbuf
But in a nutshell:
"The total size of buffers used by local (UNIX-domain) connections between processes inside the system (such as connections to a local database server) and send buffers of UDP and other datagram protocols. Othersockbuf parameter depends on number of non-TCP sockets ( numothersock).
Othersockbuf configuration should satisfy
Increased limit for othersockbuf is necessary for high performance of communications through local (UNIX-domain) sockets. However, similarly to tcpsndbuf, hitting othersockbuf affects the communication performance only and does not affect the functionality.
Othersockbuf limits can't be set arbitrarily high. The total amount of othersockbuf consumable by all Virtual Environments in the system plus the kmemsize and other socket buffers is limited by the hardware resources of the system. This total limit is discussed in “low memory”."
