I signed up with sharkspace about 3 months ago on the smallest
reseller package that they have. The server has been very fast and so
has the support. I am from India and require support during the late
hours in the United States. All my tickets were replied to within 30
minutes. I am so happy with the hosting I have moved several of my
friends sites over to the hosting as well.
I will keep everyone updated about my experience with sharkspace.

I have reseller package with them for about 10 months and they are very stable and relayable! Very small amount of downtime and even than, almost every time downtime is anounced few days before.
Support is good, for my tickets average response time is less than 2h. Few months ago i had some "problematic" domain that made a lot of troubles because of faulty php scripts, and they were been very helpful in trying to solve the problem.
When i get more time, i would write some more detailed review. For now i would just say that i have no ANY bad word for them!
I agree with you Aussie Bob, in most cases people posts here only when problem occurs.
I agree and most of my posts were because I was very upset with my previous host (which I still have an account at waiting to expire).
I switched to SharkSpace because of some good reviews and have to say that I was and still am very glad I did. even after 5 months allready.
My first experience was amazing, they helped me with the move and made everything go very smooth. Their replies were always within minutes. And otherwise I got their reply altogether with their confirmation mail that they received my ticket
Downtime of my account? A total of apx 30 minutes since the beginning which is outstanding.
Unlike my previous host, they keep me updated. Those few downtimes were announced upfront and I believe one downtime (within those 30 min.) was unexpected ...... they still notified me what happened.
Customer relation is very good at sharkspace.
It's realy ashame they don't offer accounts based in europe, I would inmediately signup for one and transfer my current over to them if they would!
