A couple things that grind my gears
All too often, new helpdesk tickets go unanswered for days simply because the category the person writes to is not looked at very often. I've had this happen on several different occasions, and It's pretty annoying. Most recently, my ticket has gone unanswered for 25 hours. Why would a person file a ticket when they could just open a thread about the issue, and get an answer much faster?
Sometimes a moderator will change a post or signature without saying anything. I think email, or account alerts should be sent out when this is done, regardless if there's a warning or not. In the alert, a reason should be provided.

Patience is a virtue We don't offer 24/7 support. You aren't the only one waiting believe it or not

But I guess if you prefer a warning, we can step up to the plate

ub3r I back you up on this one. I also have eagerly collected several points ;-) .
I found the WHT rules quite complex to be honest and could not everytime follow why an admin would give me a warning etc.
Can anybody see my Warnings, Alerts etc. when viewing my public profile or is that just me ?__--- Nils Valentin ---

I have a history to having messages on this forum deleted without warning too, including something I spent quite a while typing explaining the difference between dedicated and managed hosting. I would have preferred to know the problem with the post, or to have been given the opportunity to change my message
