The template is designed and cssc coded, just left put it into the wordpress template. I would like the design validating.

i offered to take this job and since i had no portfolio online i told him i would code his design to wordpress, he could view it live and if it was up to snuff he could pay me and then i would send him the complete template file for wordpress.

he agreed to this and said as long as it validates and looks good to go ahead with it and he sent me the template files. he then emailed me 3 hours later saying he found someone else and said: "sorry, maybe next time."

so i emailed him back and told him he owed me for my time spent on his project(2 hours). he basically told me to "get bent" since we had no official agreement in place.

you be the judge - this is what he emailed me after i made my offer to code it and gave him an estimate on cost:

ok, if the site validates and all looks ok I will do.

I would spend more money in some extra work if it works.

How many time do you need?

i feel like i just got ripped off 2 hours of my work!!

...and then in his follow-up email he procedes to insult me and call me a liar. classy.

Beware of this guy... very problematic.

yes i'm problematic when someone asks me to do work for an agreed price and then doesn't pay me. how about you do 2 hours of graphics work for me for free? we'll see how problematic you are then bud.
