A friend of mine run into problem with google. It's may be related to why my account was banned.

The IP belong to Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications

It seems that I've heard about a legend that in Vietnam, thousands of computers share the same IP or something.

Google must have thought that something is deadly wrong when one IP (which means 1 person in google term) constitute so many page views and click.

Can anyone confirm to me whether it's true that the Vietnamese share a few IP for many people.

I'd have to say that he most likely used a proxy. I've heard and seen a lot of sites hacked where they say the hacker originated from Vietnam. It is a hotspot for proxies it seems.

The guy who hacked my site, not going to post his username as he searches google for it to see what his victims say so he can enlarge his e-pen*s and feel good about himself. Well, i suspect he is either from germany or the usa but he did use a proxy in vietnam.

Theres nothing much we can do about that can we lol?

    We must disable all proxies!

I guess we could just ban IPs from the hot-spots, but true. Not much we can do.
