Generac Power Systems – one of the world's largest independent manufacturers of complete engine-driven generator systems for various applications - is seeking a PC Technician to be responsible for desktop configurations, help desk support, and preventive maintenance of Microsoft operating systems and services.
In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, service issues, configuring and installing Microsoft or other 3rd party applications as well as system documentation. Exciting aspects of the position will be your role in providing support in rebuilding PC’s, solving network challenges, assisting in desktop upgrade evaluations, and taking part in deployment teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS: · 1-2 years experience in pc tech support or help desk role · Working knowledge of Windows NT/2000/XP and MS Office · 2 year tech degree preferred · Exposure to Active Directory a plus.
