DNS Problems
Hi,
Recently i was changing some dns records and i deleted all the dns records to my site in whm, now people cannot access my site, and when i try to add the dns it says there is already a dns record for my domain, but in cpanel it comes up as yourdomain.com. and says your cpanel config is missing your dns info,
does anyone have any idea how i can sort it out, as i cannot re-install cpanel as im only on a reseller account and i dont have root access, and i am not getting a reply from the hosting provider...
thanks in advance

Login to your WHM and click on Edit DNS Zone and add in your nameserver IPs and nameservers. If you don't have permission to do this, contact the hosting provider that should be able to assist you.
Also look at http://forums.cpanel.net

The only one that can help you with this is your provider, as you said you can't get ahold of them -- my recommendation, wait a couple of days then move to someone willing to support you!

yup only your hosting provider can solve this, because you need root access.

Well that is unfortunate. If you get ahold of them, I am sure they can solve the issue. If not, and you feel like you are not getting the support you deserve, move hosts.

glad to here your complaint has been settled. If there is one thing that shows up a lot in this forum it is hosts with bad customer service. It is vital that hosts provide good customer service.
