Our company, name is TBA, is currently seeking a team of technical support representitives to answer trouble tickets via our webbased trouble ticket system (PerlDesk).

We are going to need 24X7 technical support, 365 days per year. All of it will be trouble ticket based. You will have access to the clients server and must fix or answer their question. Must have experiance with the following:

Ftp Dameons
Control Panel Software (Plesk, SimpleCP, CPannel,etc
General Linux Knowledge
