Once again I come back to the board with the most Kayako users for assistance since it is hard to get it elsewhere.
Basically I want to use the CE loginshare and this is what I have so far:

Prefix: (i left this blank)
Are there any other steps I need to take? Any where else in Kayako I need to make a change?
I currently have the board set to where you have to register to be able to submit tickets.
Basically I am wanting new clients to be registered as a member for the helpdesk when they signup through CE for hosting.

Anyone know how to make it where you can log into CE and then click support and be taken to kayako ALREADY logged in? Can you transfer it in the url if you link to it?

Yea - I asked them and they said it doesn't.
Basically once the account is created in CE - it also creates one in Kayako, however, it doesn't allow you to easily navigate from one to the other. I would like it to be that when you login to CE - and click support within the customer area - you are sent to kayako and are already logged in. I don't like that you have to login twice.
