    Help Center Live Spam ticket

    I got a ticket this morning and I went to take care of it....SPAM...is there anything to help stop this. This was the first time I have seen this.

    Setup spam rules in your helpdesk.

    Hmmm...I dont see any spam type controls in the admin panel of HCL....

    Perhaps contact the maker of the software for any ideas? Alternatively, you can setup SPAM rules using something like SpamAssassin or even use a third party to route your MX records through.
