    Easiest way to block access

Whats the easiest way to block access to SSH from a specified IP?

Say if I wanna block 2.3.4.5 from accessing SSH, would I just put it in the hosts.deny file? ( what would an example look like )

    Thanks in advance

The following script is configurable and will block ANY IP after a specified amount of faled login attempts:

    http://www.pettingers.org/code/sshblack.html#download

This is totally automated so will work even when you are not in front of your machine, a few of our clients have used it and has given great feedback. Let me know if this helps
